When the first scouting tours took place in 1980 the team was a small one: Coral and Werner Wachter. Since then the team has grown.

But the team members still share their enthusiasm for motorcycling and travelling, their love for detail and the common riding and working experience. The nine team members located at headquarters in Austria and the ten customer service agents in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, Taiwan and the United States of America together with over 30 tour guides worldwide form a perfectly sized team, where all know each other and work together.
