We continue direct into the heart of Prague, maybe the most scenic city in all of Europe. Some people spend a week; we will have at least our first rest day in this historical city. Then you can get to know Frauenkirche, Dresden’s second most famous building after the opera house. Cruising along the Elbe we head back into the Czech Republic, and after one night in Dvur Kralove and one in Stary Jicin, we enter another country – Poland.
Cracow is probably the best preserved medieval town that you can visit these days. On our way to Budapest we cross the Tatra Mountains and spend one night in Banska Bystrica before we reach Hungary. Exotic and cosmopolitan, Budapest spans the banks of the Danube River. A last rest day in Budapest is a delight in every aspect. Wine and goulash, also called “Mulatschak”, are served for dinner. On our last riding day we head back to Vienna, Austria. A motorcycle tour through Eastern Europe – what an experience!
