After an exciting crossing of Lhakpa-La, at 5250 m the highest mountain pass on this tour, today we finally laid eyes on the world's tallest mountain: Mount Everest, or Qomolangma, as the locals call it.
I could marvel about its beauty and write sentence upon sentence about the excitement we felt as we looked at it and rode towards it, but pictures say more than words: just look at this!!!!!!!
