ACT Italy - Center of Italy Unpavec

All participants' arrival went smoothly, so we were able to begin our ACT Italia adventure on time and in good spirits. After check-in and a short break, we had our first group briefing. Organizational details, the planned route, safety aspects, and off-road behavior were discussed. The allocation of tasks within the group was also briefly explained – all to ensure a well-prepared start to the upcoming days. Afterward, we went to dinner together, spent a pleasant evening, and took the opportunity to get to know each other better. The atmosphere was relaxed and full of anticipation. We look forward to the upcoming stages with great expectations and eager curiosity. Italy promises not only scenic highlights but also plenty of off-road fun over the next three days. We're ready!

Full of anticipation and in bright sunshine, we set off on our first day of riding. We left the hotel at 9 a.m., ready to tackle the first off-road section of the ACT Italy. The route took us from Bologna to Bertinoro – a constant up and down through the hilly landscape of Emilia-Romagna, with elevation gains of between 500 and 1,500 meters. Our first highlight: some narrow mountainroads through the valleys. The first summit of our trip. The first pristine off-road trails and spectacular views left us in awe – the adventure had truly begun. Over the course of the day, asphalt, gravel, and dirt roads alternated, demanding both driving skills and concentration. We reached Bertinoro in the evening. We end the day in a relaxed atmosphere with a well-deserved dinner and look forward to the next stages of our adventure.
