In the afternoon, after all participants have arrived, our tour begins with a welcome briefing. This includes an introduction to the tour, basic rules of conduct, and some of the highlights of our trip. Afterwards, the motorcycles are handed over and our guests can attach their personal equipment to the machines. We then head to dinner together, where we enjoy a typical Austrian menu. Good night. After the motorcycles were handed over yesterday evening, we are finally hitting the road. To reach the Weinviertel region with its vineyards, we first have to leave the capital city of Vienna. Then the first curves await us, and during our first coffee break, some of the guests try a Frittatensuppe (pancake soup). This Austrian specialty delights the palate, and Almdudler is also sampled and receives the same rating. A short time later, we reach the first border, marked only by a sign, and one of our guests is still unsure about his coffee, as he left his passport in his suitcase in the van. Afterwards, we visit the castle in Lednice with its magnificent gardens, where we also have lunch. In the afternoon, we make a short stop at the Peace Monument of the Battle of Austerlitz and then set off to reach our destination for the day, the town of Kremeritz, before the rain starts. However, we don't make it and have to put on our rain gear shortly before arriving. Después de la entrega de las motos ayer por la tarde, por fin nos ponemos en marcha. Today, we are traveling from Slovakia to Poland for a short visit so that we can also explore this country in Eastern Europe. After that, we will head to the picturesque city of Kosice near the Slovak-Hungarian border. On the way from Oradea to Sighisora, the birthplace of Vlad Tepes (Dracula), we cross the Apuseni Mountains. In the evening, our guests head into town. The road leads through a narrow valley that is also populated by bears. Now we drive through Romanian fields to Szeged in Hungary for our first coffee break. After that, we cross the Danube on a ferry before reaching Pecs. Our last day of travel takes us through the Styrian vineyards to the foothills of the Eastern Alps before we dive into the Vienna Basin with all its suburbs to reach our destination in the Austrian capital.
