Home now and just finishing the recovery from the time change. Took some time out this morning to book the 2020 Mystery Tour (yes, that is three in row, very additive). Looking forward to meeting new people but would be happy to see the same group, including Michael and Pablo once again. Can't wait for the start in Athens in 2020. The countdown has started!

These tours always look so amazing! I'm massively jealous every time! As a side note, I'm an excellent joke teller and very entertaining. Next time in say...Iceland for example, or Japan, you could take me as a value add for the trip, no?
Keep on going kid, you're doing great! xx

What an experience it is to travel with Edelweiss! Greg and I throughly enjoyed our second, curvy adventure in Europe. The motorbike trek provided us the opportunity to explore varying landscapes and beautiful villages in the South of France. The camaderie of the international group of motorbike
enthusiasts and tour guides was terrific despite language barriers. The tour guides enhanced our trek with their can do spirit, kindness and talents. Greg and I are looking forward our next adventure with Edelweiss.

The Mystery Tour intrigued my wife and I and started in France where I always wanted to visit. We looked forward to each day not knowing what it would hold for us.

We met some incredible people that we bonded with and now will be lifelong friends .
It proves to me that we are more similar than different in sharing a common interest iand language in motorcycling.

Almost all of the participants were more seasoned riders than I, some having been on ten or more Eidelwess adventures! We previously rode on a Royal Tour in the Alps and recount our experiences on that trip often although it was 8 years ago.

The whole Eidelweiss team worked together to pull off this trip, a daunting logistical feat, paring unbelievable roads, interesting stops, fine food and hotels ( even or especially the zero star inn).
Of course PLENTY of coffee and wine.

None of this would be possible without our tour guides Michael and Pablo. Each brought different skills and enhanced our trip, whether it was entertainment or discussions about food. I especially found it helpful how proactive they were if we encountered a problem. Whether it was a missing power converter or providing magnesium tablets when my leg started cramping.

Accompanying Rainier and Gabby on this trip and seeing France thru their lens was special . We learned a lot about wines, food and History.

The participants were from Germany, Austria, Spain, Mexico, Canada and the US ( our home).
We look forward to going on another tour again!

This was our 4th Edelweiss tour and after the 2017 mystery tour, the bar was ridiculous high. Nevertheless Rainer (Edelweiss CEO) managed to make it even better in 2018 by sharing his personal view and likes of France for all of us lucky participants, surprise after surprise every day of this incredible tour. This adventure has been a life experience in our lives and of course we are totally in for the next mystery tour and maybe others in between. Thanks to ALL Edelweiss staff who made this posible and special thanks to Rainer, Gaby, Pablo and Michael.

Pablo, although I know that part of France very well, I have discovered through your blog some places that I would like to visit because you have made them look so attractive. Furthermore, the blog shows your riders enjoying the tour so much that I wish I were there. I will soon…

Pablo,
Thanks for the fabulous picnic! It was well worth it after riding up that goat trail!! The view couldn’t be beat. I’m glad you made it up and down safely in the van; it was crazy enough on a motorbike! We wish you well in your new matrimonial adventure. Remember, every day is a blessing. May the Force be with you!
Michael,
Thanks for sharing your music as well as being our personal sweep. You have the advantage of having riden these roads before so we appreciate your patience.
Rainer & Gaby,
Thank you so much for having this tour. It gave us the opportunity to get to know you and to personalise Edelwiess as a company. Next year will be tour 10 so that’s the greatest complement we can give by coming back again and again. Keep up the good work!
Mahalo nui loa to all of you

We have great guides with Pablo and Michael but we could add that special touch you added at last year's tour. Sitting here with Gaby at dinner and she says she misses you too.

Hi Angela
Thanks for finding us!
The great unknown has kept us always wondering where we are. I’m not sure but think we’re still in France.
The rides and food has been great!
And I marked my territory on a multistrada in your honor.
