Highlights
Cover the roads of your dreams in the Land of Smiles
One thing is certain: On this journey, you will experience Southeast Asia in a way that only few people ever will. We will discover the highlights of Northern Thailand and Laos while enjoying awesome rides on unique - and sometimes challenging - roads. We start our journey in Khon Kaen, which is located in the center of Thailand, about a three-hour flight from Bangkok. From here, we head straight north. Right after crossing the border to Laos, two absolute gems are already on our agenda: the scenic beauty of Vang Vieng and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Luang Prabang, where we will spend two nights.
Since Vientiane, the capital of Laos, we are accompanied by the mighty Mekong River – incidentally, one of the longest rivers in the world. In the second half of the tour, it meanders steadily westward, bringing us back to Northern Thailand where we encounter motorcycle roads that can easily keep up with the best in the world. Finally, we make a loop back to our starting point. You will be surprised how quickly two weeks can pass, and we are confident that this will not be your last motorcycle journey in Southeast Asia. A little tip: To fight the jet lag and familiarize yourself (or delight yourself) with the Asian cuisine, it's worth spending a few days in the metropolis of Bangkok before the start of the tour.
