Ronda to Malaga

Already our last riding day.... how time flies.... finally the sun came out and we could enjoy a wonderful day in the mountains. In the morning we went south into direction Estepona, and than back up to Ronda on a wonderful motorcycling road - this road is famous for all motorcyclist, also for test rides for new models. On the weekend the Spanish guys are out on their bikes too

We stopped for lunch short before Ronda and carried on south west on a nice windy mountain road back to the coast in Malaga.

... finallly a group picture without rain !!!!!
...what a cool picture

Rest day in Ronda

The full beauty of the city of Ronda, and it was the only split moment when we saw the sun today
The rain seems to be pretty persistent on this tour... But, of course, we won't allow the rain to ruin our picnic! Don't want to miss out on this, right?

Arcos de la Frontera to Ronda

Today we had two different routes. One to Gibraltar and one to Costa de la luz. So wie split this morning and start in direction south. Unfortunately the weather was not the best, but we made the best out of it.

Luckily by crossing the border to Gibralter we had to stop at the traffic light at the run way, because an airplane was departing.

Randy and Gary our two Canadian brothers enjoyed the just before caught fish at lunch

Antequerra to Arcos de la Frontera

Great view from Arcos de la Frontera

Andreas and Claudia..... it was so cold this morning
0.5 degrees

Granada to Antequerra

Great to start a day with the visit of one of the world famous moorish palace and fortress complex built in the 9th century. Our guide Carlos explained us the history and showed us all the protected buildings.

Water: The natural mirror makes us
to see the palace twice
On the ride and while it started getting colder... If your zipper won't close anymore, duck tape will do the trick
Coffee break in the hotel ... after a rainy day on the road

Malaga to Granada

What a beautiful day to start our Andalusia tour, A bit chilly in the morning, but beautifull sunny the whole day. We started into the mountains of Malaga, where we had our frist coffee stop.... very special .

Back to the coast we enjoyed a yummy lunch on the beach at Costa del Sol. The coast part is really amazing, but to arrive in Granada we took a super curvy road with great grip and hardly no traffic..... that makes everybody smile and happy.

At the lunch place on the beach near Nerja
