perfect conditions with a perfect group on the Alps Touring Center

day 1 - King Ludwigs day
John and Robin testing the new GS
at Walchensee our first coffee brake with beautiful sunshine
ready to go to Ludwig
walking to lunch at a typical "Bavarian Biergarten"
a warm summer rain caught us in the gardens
waitung for the fountain....
normally its crouded with people, not this time
this is the cultural group, while others are enjoying the roads by themselves
one more coffee at Heiterwangersee
what a dinner at the "Strandperle"

day 2 - a bit of Italy
"Ötztal" with the Stuibenfall - Tirol's largest waterfall
some enjoy the scenery, while others ...
admire hundreds of vintage bikes at the "High Mountain Expierience" museum
ascending "Passo Rombo"
with a few remnants of last winter
I saw some snbowballs flying
committed to tradition - lunch at "Sandwirt" Andreas Hofers place of birth
Passo Giovo succesfully conquered
and a little rest is okay

day 3 - exploring Tyrol
Daniel on his GSA is ready for another challange
Michael and Sherye - Kühtai and the Dorfstadl - coffee brake
the ladys lined up with one exception
the youngsters - Daniel and Ricardo
Anne and Martin
Seena and Gina
it was not easy to get the group together for a picture - but finally

day 4 - Stelvio needs to be taken

this is the croud who decided to go to Stelvio
out in the fields with the Ortler Mountain
coffee brake in the charming medieval "city" of Glorenza
Ricardo - one of the brave ones on top
Bruno's entertaining while the croud is waiting for the "hotdog"
at Bruno's on high elevation
everybody's hungry after 48 succesfully switchbacks

day 5 - chillout through Bavaria
a bit of rain in the morning
beautyful smelling flowers at lunch

pure enjoyment
Hinterriß (Austria) sidestep
the picture of the picture - applestrudel of course
filling up the bikes before a wonderful tour ends

I did this tour last summer. It was great. Looking forward to Best of Italy later this summer.
